The Stampin' Up! Halloween Spider Web folder was used on this card & lightened with chalk.  

The following products was used in this card: Basic Black card stock, Speciality Paper Wicked Fun, Under the Stars rubber stamp, Halloween Hoot stamp, Bitty Bat punch, and Eyelet  Border punch.

The Stampin' Up! Petals-a-Plenty embossing folder was used and white dots added with white marker.  The Bear is from Under the Stars stamp set, and the trees from Lovely as a Tree stamp set.

The Stampin' Up! Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder was used in this one, and the Top Note die, and Scallop Trim Border punch.  Chocolate Brown and Pumpkin Pie card stock
